Lanyon Quoit is a pre-historic burial chamber. It has been re-erected in the 19th Century after it fell over, and is missing one of its four ‘original’ upright stones. It is possible to visit the Men-an-tol, Lanyon Quoit and Nine maidens on an easy half day walk, also taking in some of the nearby abandoned mines.
